He qualified as a psychotherapist since he found out that your parents have regularly got more influence on your business results than you do.
Prior to becoming an advisor, he held senior management positions in the IT and supply chain industry for ten years. His practice is founded on action research and learning. Stuff he learnt at MIT, Phoenix and by the attitude that got him dubbed “The Orginal Nosey Parker” by David Ogilvy.
Martinique is an Associate at System2. She is an executive (team) coach (MSc) (EMCC), with a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching from the VU University in Amsterdam and Hult/Ashridge University in the United Kingdom.
Martinique is a communication strategist with over 20 years of experience in executive (voice) coaching, communication strategy, politics, public speaking, impact and presence. She also specializes in complex team dynamics, team interventions and guiding and supporting leadership teams in conflict situations.
Kim Heinz is an Associate of System2. She steps onto the playing field when not just one team or individual, but a bigger group needs to make a shift.
She fulfils the role of architect, sparring partner and co-creator. She has more than 20 years of experience in various sectors and a unique talent for shaping and guiding large change programs. She offers insight in dynamics, roadblocks and sources of energy in organisations.

Michael Moriarty is a seasoned executive and a coach for teams and individuals. As a graduate of both the Royal Military Academy and, after a distinguished career, obtaining an MFA in Psychodynamic & Systemic Approaches to Organisations from The Tavistock Institute, he brings a unique, integrated perspective on building operational excellence as well as healthy psychological dynamics to the clients he works with.
With twenty years experience as an Army officer, including battle group commands and running complex programs (Channel Link/Eurostar) and setting up greenfield operations in Afghanistan after passing out of the Army, he has a deep understanding of how to reduce complexity, solve tough challenges and shift gears towards sustainable high performance.
This, paired with his long experience as an interim manager and his current practice of over ten years as a team and leadership coach with a focus on shifting dysfunctional psychodynamics, offers individuals and teams he works a rigourous approach that is at once embodied, deeply empathetic but also incisive, so they can change tack and make the impact they want.
Marco Plas is Managing Partner of System2. He is responsible for finance and strategy execution. He applies to the firm what he also brings to clients in multiple industries: analytical skills, solid business management and structural solutions.
Operational excellence, risk mitigation and specifically (cyber) security are core topics on which he consults or takes on interim executive and non-executive roles. He holds an MBA and two Masters in quantitive fields.
