If you are really good, the answer to that question can only be "no". Are you ready to up your game again to help teams become more effective and high-performing?
Do you recognise any of this:
- Bumping into your shadows when facilitating a group
- Imposter Syndrome
- Navigating difficult situations
Most of us learn to facilitate by doing it. Useful as that is, there is a lot of science-based methodology that can help you become an exponentially better facilitator. Over the last twenty five years, we have developed modules (which this course is based on) that we have come to call "human process technology". Technology because these modules, when delivered skilfully, yield reproducible outcomes every time you use them with a team.
They are rooted in our own action research and what we learnt from MIT and Harvard Business School. This course will teach you to help teams become more effective and healthier at the same time.
Being grounded in modules that have been tried and tested for decades will help you be more grounded in your work as a facilitator. Because you make clean contracts with sponsors and teams, you'll face less resistance.
You'll get all the theoretical underpinning from this course. All rooted in science and improved over many years by our own action research.
The course will teach you the methodology to diagnose, design and deliver what a team needs. We'll pay specific attention to how to design a modular but tailored workshop. Because the model is to co-create it with the team from day 1, you will navigate choppy waters much more easily during the actual workshop.
The accountability for the outcome is with the team, not the facilitator.
You'll get a role-modelled example of how you can give instructions and deliver each module.
The sequence and the modules drive for actionable outcomes in a way that makes sure that it makes direct business impact for the team during and after the workshop.
